Description
The rufous treepie, which presumably had its nest nearby, was trying to scare away the vulture from its perch by constantly flying around it. This photograph depicts a moment, for a fleeting second, when the vulture and the treepie were face to face, measuring each other out. The vulture appeared to be amused at the antics of the treepie. The King vulture is an endangered species on the IUCN Red List.
